The honeymoon is over for Peter Jones' six budding Tycoons. This week, they find out more of what is expected of them when Peter sets their first targets - and it¹s clear Peter wants big results.

Peter also announces further incentives for the contestants by telling them he will match their profits this week pound for pound.
 
However, some of the contestants are already showing signs of weakness:

• Elizabeth forgets her samples for her first big sales meeting
• Lauren accidentally reveals business secrets after retail magnate Sir Philip Green rings her up, pretending to be a pushy newspaper journalist
• Tom is "a lost soul", says Peter, and could be being influenced too easily by others
• Justin cannot pitch his idea confidently to potential buyers

Also in this episode:

• Iain needs advice from Peter about his Chinese supplier, which is demanding a £10,000 fee in order to guarantee an exclusive business deal. Without this, Iain feels his business could fail.
• Peter treats Justin to a confidence building session with Paul McKenna ­ much to the infuriation of Elizabeth.
• Tom receives a harsh dressing down and a business offer from the photo agency boss Darren Lyons.
• Elizabeth finally agrees on a name for her vodka juice drink and signs off her bottle designs.
• The budding Tycoons meet members of the press at a large gathering at Tycoon Tower
• Peter shocks Lauren by revealing she was talking to Sir Philip Green, not a newspaper journalist. Peter is furious about the amount of sensitive information she revealed.

Crucially, two entrepreneurs face elimination on the pier ­ and one has their business closed down.
